Chiquita Banana

Toya of the Limerick Lane, Myself, Tracy of Gen321 & Erika of Love of Style By Erika
Hey ladies,

Last night I had the oppurtunity to meet up with some of my fellow beautiful and inspiring fashion bloggers of Detroit. We met up for poetry night and we had tons of fun hanging with each other. About a week ago I met  Tracy of Gen321, at my first blogger meet up. We sort of silently vowed we would meet up more fashion bloggers from the "D"! I met Toya of the Limerick Lane and Erika of Love of Style By Erika.

We enjoyed our selves and even though poetry night last night was a bit "different" we still had fun! I can't wait to hang out with y'all again!

FIERCE Ladies!

We were definitely working the camera during our impromptu photo shoots! lol. :)
Had to include a candid shot!
I'm really enjoying blogging and putting faces to the blogs I have grown to like so much! I encourage to get out and meet your local bloggers! It is a joy to meet other like minded and beautiful ladies!

As far as my outfit goes, I wanted to wear something to work that would translate smoothly for night. For work I wore this skirt with a blazer and tank. I tried to take pics but that didn't work out sorry :( I loved this skirt hiked up as a dress, I saw Lexy do this look and had to try it!

I felt very "Chiquita Banana" in this look but I LOVED it!

{Can you help me?} lol
Sorry for the blurry pics, I'm not sure what setting to use on my camera for night photos...*slapping wrists* I need to read my manual again once or twice. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks for reading!
