Excited to share another fabulous thrifter! See what Shon of the Sunflower Mama Chronicles has to say about thrifting!
Thrifted Items: Crossbody Woven bag

What do you enjoy most about thrifting?
I feel that thrifting is like a scavenger hunt, you never know what unique item you will find.  It could be a piece considered old to someone else and the right, on trend key piece in your wardrobe.  It is like a treasure hunt every time, I might not always end up with Gold, but the hunt is so well worth it!

What are two tips you would give to someone thrifting for the first time?
I would tell the first time thrifter or those who feel they don't have luck with thrifing, to take their time.  Thrifting is a project that you have to exercise patience.  I tend to make a list of what I am looking for and tend to only shop the areas of the store that I have time for.  For instance, if I am looking for a crisp white shirt or school boy blazer, then I will only search those areas of the store on that trip if my time is short. If you shop the store based on your list, it will save you that overwhelmed feeling.  Also, you must check back often to find great stuff. One trip is not enough!!

Tell us about your favorite thrirfted item.
My favorite thrifted find to date, well there are 2.  My favorite Pebbled leather J. Crew driving mocs in Gold and my woven leather crossbody bag!! I have worn these items nearly daily since purchasing them.  I might also add that the shoes were not on my list, but they were the first things I saw from the store window!! SCORE!!
