Boho Chic: Hats + Outerwear | Culottes and Tights

It's officially spring, yet here in Michigan we're struggling trying to figure out just how to dress for the season. It's cold, yet the sun is out...this outfit is a combination of having to dress for cold weather and craving spring, can you tell, hehe? I'm mixing my love for hats and outerwear in this look.
Let's talk about my little hat, I've had this hat for a least 10 years and worn it like twice...I know, horrible. It's from Old Navy of all places and it just screams 70's fashion. I thought it would "top off" this outfit nicely.

Last time you saw these amazing printed culottes was here and the tights was here,  I have so many pieces I've worn only one time and I have to stop that! So I'm going to start making a conscious effort to style some of these items. Or they'll be in my upcoming closet sale.

This look is so quirky and I love it, definitely boho chic!
