  6. I've been trying to reduce the amount of processed foods in my diet. I've cut out sodas for the past 2 months but if I really feel like a cup of soda, I won't deny myself. My goal is to drink more liquids like water and cherry juice.

    I play tennis everyday for at least 2-3 hours and have been trying to build my endurance through cardio and stretch at the end of every day. I just want to be at a point where I feel great and am feeding my body great things that that I feel happy about. It's definitely okay to indulge but I feel I indulge more than I should.

  7. My goal is to stick to my fitness routine. I started strong this year and I want to be able to maintain that. Last year I was so good until about mid September and I started slacking off. This year, I want to keep up a good routine until December 31 (and hopefully beyond)!
