I tossed out all the unhealthy items in my kitchen, purchased some new workout clothes and was on my way. I started my workouts again and even purchased a few of Jillian Micheal's workout dvd's. I even purchased a Polar FT4 and it has helped me push myself and stay on track during workouts.
Instagram accounts geared towards health and especially meal prep. I was intrigued. Naturally, I've always been a very picky eater and my disdain of fast food had increased to an all time high. It was time I started something new. So, I decided it was nothing to it, but to do it and I prepared my first week of meal preps.
