A Day With Stacy London + Massini #MeijerStyle #StyleForEverybody

Hey guys! On Wednesday, I was invited by Meijer to spend the day with Stacy London, and just in case you're wondering...yes I had a fan girl moment and yes theeeee Stacy London! {{insert happy dance here}}.
I was invited to shop and experience Massini by Stacy London currently being sold in Meijer Stores. 

The day started with lunch at the Social Kitchen in Birmingham, MI. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the Meijer team and was thrilled to see that Grace of Color and Grace had also been invited to attend.

Stacy is as down to earth as you would imagine! She shared with us her vision for Massini while also sharing life experiences, fashion tips, right down to our favorite Instagram pages.  What a time!

After lunch we snapped a few photos, then headed to the Warren Meijer store. Once there, Stacy was truly in her element.  She handpicked Massini looks for Grace and I, solved fashion dilemmas and even answered  style questions from fans via the Meijer Style Instagram page.

Massini by Stacy London features lots of classic pieces with trendy touches. The line includes clothing, accessories including handbags and sunglasses and even shoes.  All at an affordable price point from $8-$60.

I personally loved the patchwork denim and also the frayed denim jacket. Stacy hinted that the fall fashions will be hot, so stay tuned for those. A little birdie told me that the jacket Stacy is wearing may be one of them. If so, I'll be first in line!  

Stacy hopes the message of Massini will be one of community and not just inclusion, because inclusion suggests division. Style for Everybody is the theme with sizes ranging from small to 3X.

This experience was something that I could not have dreamed up! I've admired Stacy since I was in my teens during her What Not to Wear Days and by the end of the day I couldn't hold back happy tears from the sheer excitement of the opportunity to meet her! Time spent with Stacy really made me feel that she was one of my friends! She's a true gem and even sent me home with an autographed copy of her book, New York Times best-seller, The Truth About Style!
